I used to wish that Oz had never left Willow, but then I read that if Oz had still been Willow’s boyfriend come season 6, he would’ve been the one whose death led to Dark Willow. As much as I loved Tara, if I had to choose which one would live it would definitely be Oz, so I’m glad he got written out instead of killed.
